Chiropractic care can ensure your body to unwind stuck patterns and operate to its full healing, regulating, adapting potential. This is how we heal, optimize, and thrive as we age. >What is a boutique styled office?

A boutique practice is for those who need a safe space to exhale from life’s burdens, and feel heard. We offer longer visits than traditional offices. There are more touch points with your doctor, such as personalized emails. The care is specific and individualized to set and attain health goals. We care about empowering our clients to have power in their healthcare decisions.

>Do you take insurance?

Short answer.  We are a cash based practice, and out of network with ALL insurance. We DO accept FSA/HSA, cash, Venmo, credit/debit as forms of payment.

Typically, insurance dictates treatment. This means in-network chiropractic practices need to see 10+ people an hour to be profitable. The one-size fits all care model dictated by insurance companies is designed to provide short-term symptom relief rather than addressing the root-cause. Wild and Free Care plans are tailored to your specific needs and not what insurance will cover. Being out of network, allows for 5-10x longer visits with the doctor. With more dedicated time, and specified therapy, patients feel empowered to take ownership of their care, are able to obtain and reach their own goals. This truly puts the power of making healthcare decisions into your hands.

>How much does care cost?

The standard individual initial visit is $125. This includes you initial examination and treatment as well as your second visit to review your plan and frequency with the doctor. Care plans are specific to each individual needs and therefore vary in frequency and quantity. An individual restorative adjustment cost in a care plan is $65.

An initial Family visit (3 people) cost is $205.

>What is Websters Technique?

Dr. Tiffany is certified in the Webster Technique. This is a prenatal specific analysis and technique addressing the ligaments and muscles of the hips and pelvis. When the structures and soft tissue of the pelvis are functioning optimally, it allows ample space for the baby to grow, move and position for birth. According to The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics reported 82% success rate of babies turning head down when Webster’s technique specific chiropractic was utilized.

>Is it true, once you start getting adjusted, you always have to?

We do believe life-time chiropractic care is amazing to facilitate the body’s self- healing, self- regulating, and self-adapting nature. You are always in the driver’s seat when it comes to your choice and are never pressured to continue care.
